Do I know you?
You live from the heart. You’ve dabbled (or gone deep) into your own form of self-discovery. You’re comfortable in your spirituality. Even when it hurts, you choose open-hearted connection over more superficial ways of being.
You’re a big thinker, sometimes to a fault. You’re familiar with classrooms, cubicles, therapists’ offices, board rooms, book clubs.  You analyze your thoughts, your situation, the world around you. You aren’t surprised by how others describe you.  They often use the word “intense”.
You struggle with perfectionism, and sometimes it wins. The words “I’m enough” don’t come easily to you. Nor do the words “It’s good enough”.
You may be an entrepreneur, a non-profit heroine, a corporate maverick, or a creative. I don’t really care what you have chosen as a career; what’s more important to me is knowing that you live and work with integrity. And if your integrity meter is showing signs of distress, let’s talk.
The discomfort of being out of whack
It sucks. And we’ve all been there. There’s a particularly squirmy type of discomfort that comes from knowing that you want a change, yet not knowing how to make that change. You want to shift certain ways you think and act. You know that the old stories of who you are and what you want don’t quite fit anymore, but you haven’t yet replaced them with what’s true.
There’s the paralysis of the career crossroads, when you finally say enough to the track leading nowhere you want to go, yet you’re stumped by the options facing you. Â
Or the dissonance of knowing deeply that you are capable of wearing much bigger shoes. You’ve paid your dues, done your homework, heard the call. And yet you remain unpublished.  Your doors are open for business, but your customers aren’t buying. You haven’t yet cracked the code. Your debut awaits you.Â
Or the deep dissatisfaction of repeating patterns and maintaining beliefs that don’t serve you. Your automatic response is to take the low road, which is easy but unrewarding. You want to be free of what keeps you from showing up whole, empowered and authentic in your relationships.
Your wake-up call
At a certain point — and you know when it is — you’re ready to unfurl. You’re done with the cocoon. The world around you offers clues to help you get in gear. Are you listening?
Tell the truth. Heed your wake up call. I can help you get started.

Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life? ~Mary Oliver
I sought Amy’s help to navigate through a new starting point in my life. Her caring, intuitive style allowed for thoughtful direction which gave immediate results. After our 3 months together, I have a more solid self-understanding of my current situation and feel more clarity about how to move forward at a pace that feels balanced and nurturing. I will always be grateful for Amy’s intelligent and clear insight during this time and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone. – P.P., student and business owner
I am amazed at Amy’s powerful sense of perception and her ability to notice what I’m REALLY saying or asking. – R.S., entrepreneur
As a result of my sessions with Amy I find myself taking action in areas where previously I felt completely “stuck”. I’m quite certain the motivation and clarity of purpose that was required in order to start, continue, and finish arose from our discussions. Amy is a very talented coach and I am grateful for the way she has helped me. – A.G., astrologer and coach
