If I used colors to represent the women in this interview series, Gabriela Masala would be an easy choice: blazing bright orange. This woman is a beacon of light and love.
Gabriela’s unfurling has the kind of vitality that can’t be hidden. She’s unleashing a new level of engagement with life, and it’s lighting up the world around her. You’ll feel this as you listen to our conversation, and you may also find your own vitality waking up in response to hers.
Gabriela shares her joyful experience of “radical integration” unfurling in her right now. (I love this phrase so much!) She’s bringing together her spirituality with the practicalities of her everyday reality – in her work, in her marriage, in her parenting. In her words, she’s “bringing the divine into an articulated human form”.
Gabriela is quick to note that her unfurling is orchestrated by something other than herself, and that her job is to stay present to what is. When I asked her my favorite question, Who are you becoming?, she replied without hesitation:
My most radically evolved potential.
Kapow.
Pour some tea and sit back for this one. Bask in Gabriela’s glow, and allow yourself to catch the spark.
